C Media Audio Device Drivers

I'm using the following USB audio device to capture the audio from my cable box: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/27..._audio_PD.html
Windows however doesn't recognize any drivers for this device. This basicly means the Sound is very poor due to standar settings of 1 channel, 16bit, 24000HZ
I've tried to find drivers for this device but can't fiind them anywhere. Does anyone know where I could find this or maybe a general sound driver which would recognize the USB device.
